I enjoy many benefits of exercising, especially working with my personal trainer Nikki Tribou. The reasons I love working with Nikki are many, but most important to me is that she is trained and experienced in helping "older" bodies maintain their health and functional ability while improving the things that we can. I know that I can use machines by myself, but I also know that I most likely WON'T! My Nikki provides the accountability and support that I need to be successful and most importantly, she makes sure that I am working correctly and not causing injury rather than growth!
